An Initial Consultation with Steven Wylie provides an opportunity to talk through your situation in confidence and explore the most appropriate way forward. Whether you are an employee experiencing workplace conflict, an employer seeking support with a difficult situation, or someone who needs guidance in relation to mediation, a workplace dispute or an employment tribunal, Steve will listen to your circumstances and help you understand your options. The consultation can cover a wide range of workplace concerns, including conflict between colleagues, communication breakdowns, difficult workplace relationships, mediation, disciplinary or grievance situations, and support around employment tribunal matters. This is an initial 45-minute conversation designed to understand your circumstances, identify the key issues and establish what type of support may be most appropriate. It is not about having all the answers immediately; it is about giving you the opportunity to talk to an experienced workplace specialist and establish a clear next step. Choose your preferred appointment time and book your 45-minute Initial Consultation for £95. If, following the initial consultation, you require further support, any ongoing work will be charged at £65 per hour.
