If something is concerning you, affecting your working life or leaving you unsure about what to do next, an initial consultation can give you an opportunity to talk through the situation and consider your options. Early support can sometimes help prevent a situation from becoming more difficult.

Mediation is not suitable for every workplace situation. During an initial discussion, we can help you consider whether mediation or another form of workplace support may be appropriate. Where mediation is not suitable, we can discuss other practical ways of approaching the situation. If you require legal advice, we will recommend that you seek advice from an appropriately qualified legal professional.
The initial consultation costs £95 for 45 minutes. If you decide that you would like further support after your consultation, additional support is charged at £65 per hour. We will discuss the likely support required with you before any further work is undertaken, so you can make an informed decision about whether you wish to proceed.
